From yesterday the home screen on my account has suddenly got a right-hand margin containing all my tier levels. This has meant that I now only have 3 featured tags instead of 5 and the search facility has disappeared altogether (PC view). How is anyone supposed to find anything on my channel? The tags work, but the search bar was really useful. Where has it gone?! Has anyone else noticed this problem?

We have also been receiving complaints about members not being able to find certain video posts which is very odd. Over the years I’ve been doing this it’s never happened, such as I can find part 2 of the video but Part 1 is missing. It is still there but without the search facility some of my members are finding it tricky to find the content.
Due to this I’ve had to set up a special page for them on my personal website https://devonartist.co.uk/online-school/ which links them back to Patreon, but sadly many of my members are not computer savvy which can be tricky to deal with when asking them to work with two websites, so they can view content on Patreon.

Same here and I don’t really like that not all of the featured tags are shown now. By the way, you can see the previous view with all tags and without tiers if you switch to my membership tab and then back to posts tab.

I guess there is some bug in there. In this case I hope it will be fixed soon and all 5 featured tags become visible by default again because that’s quite important for me.
Hi everyone, we did identify a bug that removed the search filter from a creators home page. This has been fixed and the search bar should be showing normally again. Please submit a ticket to the support team if you’re still experiencing this bug.
