Brian from Product Marketing with an exciting announcement. Post Search is now live for 100% of creators. Think of all the time patrons and creators will save with this. No more workarounds. No more endless scrolling to find a post. No more patrons frustrated because they can’t find what they want.
Spread the word to your patrons in your Welcome Notes, Discord or a new post! They’ll find the search bar above your posts feed(/posts).
I have to give an extra special shout out and thank you to the group that helped us beta test this feature! Thank you for helping us ensure a quality experience for all creators.
This is awesome, but every since this change was implemented my patreons (new and old) are seeing a message saying they need to pledge more to see X amount of locked posts that were never locked to them before and I changed nothing on my end, this is causing massive confusion and people getting pissed at me when there is no need as nothing should be locked to them.
not yet, was seeing if i was the only one affected yet, It seems to be definately something that has happened in the last 24 or 48 hours, all my patrons are now reporting the same thing, ie
i have a message that i need to raise my pledge level to view 4 other posts. i have the $10 plan is there a higher tier? i didn’t see a higher option"
Can confirm that this is happening to my patrons as well, haven’t reached out to support because I have a billion other things going on, but yeah. Something to do with the post types/number of locked posts upsell feature is counting more posts than there actually are and my patrons in my highest tier that would have locked posts are being told there are more locked posts…which there are not.
This feature is really appreciated, but did it come at the cost of removing all tags from posts?
At least I can’t see any of them attached to each post.
Hi @sambeawesome and @rubenfcid, I think y’all should reach out to support so we can file this and get to work. If you happen to have a screenshot and could share it here, that’d be great too
