We just made an update that allows you to see any patron’s entire payment history. This is something creators have been asking for to help when fulfilling time-to-earn benefits, looking up when a patron upgraded or downgraded, and more. Here’s what it looks like:
To access it, you’ll go to ‘Patrons’ in your left navigation, and select ‘Relationship Manager’. Then click on any patron’s name to pull up their profile details on the right hand side of the page. Click on See all payment history at the bottom right of the page, in their Payment history section, and a window will open with the patron’s entire payment history.

Cheers for the new feature, but I’m experiencing a bug. On the first patron I tried this with, it worked just fine, but on another, after I clicked “See All Payment History” the page just went white. They were a declined patron, so I tested others and they all worked, just this person in particular didn’t seem to? Thought I’d mention it.
What does the “deleted” status mean in the payment history? There was nothing to indicate the user cancelled the pledge or re-pledged afterward, so does “deleted” mean the same thing as a decline?
This feature is very cool however it does not seem to be accessible in mobile view. I don’t mind it being a desktop view but could you please include a link from the mobile relationship manager view?
