Hi! I would love to suggest this to be added to the mesages, where we see “Patron Since”, Pledge and Lifetime, please also show last successful payment date and amount, because ex patrons also can message us and if we don’t want to provide support to them (because it’s a perk, so we can tell them to resubscribe etc) we have to keep checking manually for that information.
A link to the user profile on the format https://www.patreon.com/members?query=username so we can see that information (all links to our patrons and ex patrons should have that format, instead of showing their public profiles), plus that page allows us to see their email, payment history etc.
I hope you find my ideas useful and implement them somehow, someday…

Thanks! I hope they implement it. It will be a time saver. Same thing for the “notifications page”, we click on a user and we’re taken to their public profile instead of the internal profile where we can see their payment situation, email address etc, which would be much better and not require us to open the patreon list and search for the user manually…

This is great feedback, and we definitely want to see the Patron details from messaging improve over time, and find the right balance of what needs to be included there, this sounds like it would be really helpful and time-saving.
