My page has been suspended 3 days before payday, what a nice timing patreon! I use the patreon money to pay my rent!
I made all the changes the same day I was suspended and I’m still waiting for a response.
I’m assuming my patreons will get charged as soon as my page get back online, right? Because if that not the case I’m in serious trouble because I can’t pay my rent this month!
Hey paramo, thanks for the message. I just checked with the support team and someone is going to get back to you very soon. I can also confirm that a second payment will go out in mid July for those creators who are able to reform their page by then. More info here but I hope that helps a little. Let me know if you don’t hear back from support within 48 hours of your message and I can check on progress again.
I’m having the same issue, rather than patreon going straight to a suspension can there not be a warning system of some form? you’re literally playing with peoples lives!
I’m in urgent need of assistance from patreon, I’ve opened multiple support tickets within the last 2 days, sent loads of emails and tweeted them and heard nothing back.
My patreon was suspended on Wednesday for having nudity in a public post from almost a year ago, so posts I forgot about when the new guidelines came out.
My account got suspended and I was told all I needed to do was remove the posts, which I did instantly, now though my account is still suspended 2 days later & payout day is closing fast.
I rely solely on Patreon as an income and was told if this isn’t sorted by the 1st then I won’t be paid for this month, which I cannot afford to do.
I find it stupid how patreon just goes instant to a suspension rather than messaging me first or even some form of warning system where you have to do the task they said by x date,
Now I’m about to get in a butt ton of debt simply because they wouldn’t message me first or won’t answer me now
My biggest issue is ( from what I understand ), patreon’s support closes at 6PM PST ( which is almost 2 hours away ) and because they’re not open Saturday or Sumday I literally have 2 hours to get this sorted, if it’s not then patreon is LEGIT going to wreck my life, and that’s not an understatement!
Being from the UK is hard in terms of there support as there 9am start is like a 5pm end for me.

I would like to ask your team that next time please try not to suspend any page when is almost payday, it can be devastating for some people’s economy and it really feels unfair.

I received an initial email from a member of support when my page was suspended on Wednesday. I made all the necessary changes within 18 hours. I have yet to hear back. Please, why are you ignoring some of us, but dealing with other suspensions within a matter of minutes? Please help me!
Yea mine got suspended only a couple days before the payday and then are closed all weekend I’ve emailed a bunch of times and and still haven’t heard back and now it’s the second of the month ;( I’ve lost a bunch of patrons almost $300 worth and now I’m not getting any patreon funds at all and can’t pay my rent either it is extremely stressful. I agree on the warning instead of a suspension. I saw they got vera bambis emailed answered and page back up within hours. I feel like just because I’m a small time model I shouldn’t be ignored I’ve taken one and a half years to build the momentum to finally make around 900 on patreon and now my numbers have dropped and my page is stagnant and no income at all ;( it reallllyyyy blows

I agree. It would have been amazing if they gave us a WARNING before completely screwing so many people. It was so “convenient” to suspend hundreds of accounts right before payments went through! I have been trying to get ahold of someone for a week now. It’s Bs.
Does this go for EVERYONE? It’s now been a week for me. I have emailed everyday. No response. No payout. Nothing. So bummed. A “warning” would have been nice. Many people I know are taking their business elsewhere. Maybe we should do the same?
It has now been a week since my page has been “suspended”. I have changed everything that was asked. I have emailed everyday. I have Instagrammed. I have Tweeted. I have emailed/messages/commented on every platform possible. I need to know if my page will be up and running again soon or should I cancel my account and go elsewhere? Can someone PLEASE get back to me ASAP???
