I wanted to ask if I unpublish a tier can I still post content into it that the patrons in that tier can see. I’m planning on changing and fading out tiers.
Yes - if you unpublish a tier you can still search that tier in Patron Relationship Manager, and you can still write patron-only posts specific to that reward tier, or that included that tier.
In my experience, unpublishing affects the external view - meaning people won’t see that tier on your page and no new patrons can sign up for it, but you’re still able to post or interact with that tier as you did when it was published.
