I’m participating in Inktober again, which usually ends up with some halloween ish themes.

While it happens the weekend right after Halloween, I also am the Vice Chair of a small convention themed around Halloween. https://Howloween.ca - It’s all volunteer work but it’s a fun event. 
This year’s theme is Vampires and it’s the 16th year of the event.

I believe i may have actually started an old inktober forum post here. I’ll find it and revive it haha.
UPDATE: Looks like I started it specifically for 2017 and i cannot edit it to remove the year so i guess a new one must be started.

I’m not into Halloween itself, but October is all about bat education month
“Bat week” will probably see me drawing even more bats than I usually do.

Not much Halloween here, although I do have a veritable landslide of Halloween products for mixed media artists from previous years at Ten Two Studios. For me, it’s all about Dia de los Muertos at this time of year, because it’s about a week away from the submission deadline for a big local exhibition. This year’s theme is poetry, and here’s a rough photo of my piece, Adormidera:
I’m in the process of framing her, so there are pieces and parts all over the house, in various states of construction. I do not love cutting and assembling wood as much as I love painting on it!

I’ve designed a Sailor Moon/Wednesday Addams mashup costume (“Sailor Wednesday”!) that I’ve started working on! I’ve never made a Sailor Senshi cosplay and I’m excited to get to try out some of the techniques, but with a spooky twist.

I have a spooky story ready to go… Actually wrote it over Christmas and wasn’t planning to wait but one thing after another has led me to this point. Might as well make is a Halloween post at this point lol

I made a set of Halloween-themed goodies for my Pin & Sticker club tiers. This is the first time I’ve done so many seasonal designs, so I guess we’ll see how they do!
