Product Improvements Coming Soon

Thanks all for the feedback.

First, I wanted to provide a glimpse into our thinking and also some constraints we’re working with. The reason tiers are so prominent is because we’re looking to put as little of a barrier as possible for those visitors who need a clear and direct path to patronage. Those who need a deeper dive will scroll. As a reminder, the version of the design that puts tiers at the top performed considerably better in terms of conversion. The other thing I want to note is that the massive banner at the top has proven to be quite difficult to work around. We are still thinking for a better spot/treatment for it.

Second, I wanted to give this group a heads up, and let you know we will be conducting interviews to understand fan reactions to a few visual concepts we’re exploring, and designing tests around. I’m including screenshots here for you.
