My husband got a message from one of his patrons to his blog saying that the patron has gotten a couple of emails from Patreon asking him to “Become a patron”. The patron says, “The most recent one for your “Reading list” post. Problem is, I am a patron, but not at the level to see this post. I’m at the $3 level – this one requires $5. If there’s an “upgrade your level” option in the messaging, that would solve things, or at least make it clear. As it is, I’ve been confused, thinking that I wasn’t supporting you at all.”
I wasn’t aware that Patreon was sending out such messages at all, and this sounds like it is confusing and probably annoying to our patrons. Is there a way we can stop this?
