I had two seperate people tell me they tried joining my Patreon and couldn’t. They got the circle of death spinning.
I have a new Patreon today, no email notification of it and I can’t see her profile yet, just her name and pledge. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Read about this elsewhere. Patreon makes the charges on the 1st of every month and the drain is somehow enough to limit the site’s ability to handle other functions. If your supporters are still getting this tomorrow, write in to Support.
I had one patron contacting me yesterday about the delay in getting their patreon access to work. They signed up, but it took over 30 minutes for the content to unlock. Also, I never received a notification of the new patron while I could see them in my app dashboard.
I would assume this was because of the turn-of-the-month processing.
Hi all - I apologize for the frustration. We process a lot of information the first and second day of the month and it causes our systems to slow down a bit.
@Here_Be_Barr now that we’re passing the 3rd of the month, things should be working smoothly! Though if your patrons are still unable to sign up or pledge, please have them submit a ticket to support.
