I’ve emailed them twice in the last fortnight with no success.
Any reason why I’m not getting any reply? I’ve checked all my spam folders.

Thanks for letting us know! I just sent a note to our support team asking for an update on the status of your question and/or for them to check in with you as soon as possible.
But what about the fact that no response has been given? Will that be addressed?
Patreon has contacted me and resolved my query. A little late for my taste… I shouldnt have had to ask here to get a reply… but it’s solved and I’m grateful.
