I'm lost and I don't know what to do

I’m sorry if this is a bad place to post this. But I’m honestly pretty fed up.

My page was marked as adult back at the beginning of August. I sent an email to patreon support. Its been almost a MONTH and no one has responded. I sent a second email. No response. I’ve sent several tweets. No response. My payout is like two weeks late. Y’all got me invested in this special offer thing, but you all realize I do need the actual money I make from Patreon to be able to do this right? I’m looking at having to dip into my savings to do this. I’m so utterly exhausted from trying to get you guys to respond to me and talk to me about what’s going on. I’m trying my best to be understanding here. But I’m at a loss. Can this be forwarded to someone who can talk to me?

Looks like I was able to pay myself out manually. So I’m okay I guess. Would still be nice if I could get support to respond to my emails after almost a month. Nevermind.
