I've deleted 2 tiers but the patrons were still charged

My patrons were charged after I’ve deleted 2 tiers. How can I prevent this from happening?

Deleting tiers doesn’t delete the patrons pledged at that level.

So it seems that I have to manually delete the patrons one by one? Or is there an easier way to do this?

You want to delete patrons who are still paying you? Why not just let them know that you’ve retired their tier, and ask them to choose another?

I already did that. Some of them joined another tier but also a group didn’t.

Then they’ll be tierless patrons, until they choose a tier.
