TL;DR: How can I use the Patron Relationship Manager to get a list of active patrons, excluding those that have deleted their pledge in the current month?
I’m not sure if this is already possible, but if it isn’t, I would like to make a feature request for it.
I am trying to adapt my workflow from the Patron Manager to the Patron Relationship Manager as the former will soon be unavailable. I use the per month pledge system. The one thing that my workflow depends on is being able to see who has deleted their pledge. That way I can flag them for removal for tier rewards that are not linked to Patreon. The Patron Relationship Manager doesn’t allow me any way to see a list of active patrons, excluding the ones that have deleted their pledge in the current month. The way it looks now is that will only be available at the start of the new month and that way I will have to make sure I have free time every 1st of the month to go through all the ended pledges (around 200+) instead of scheduling a few every day.
Currently I do this by using the CSV export from the Patron Manager and comparing it with my own list.
Can you please help me to sort the list to show those that have deleted their pledge but are still an active patron for the current month? Or, alternatively, a CSV with just the active patrons minus the ones that have deleted their pledge in the current month (i.e. the same CSV export as we can currently get from the Patron Manager)?
I would be greatly helped if there was a column in the CSV export that listed the “end of pledge” or something like that.
