Hey Patreon Team! Could we maybe get a way to add a request for custom information when someone joins a tier? I know we have “add shipping address” but as an adult channel, I’d like to give people the opportunity to enter their preferred handle (pseudonym) as I share credits in my YT vids and asking each directly and saving in the generic notes or external document is time-consuming!

I second this. I have to use external forms for everything and people dont make a habit of filling them out. Having something (or a couple) customizable areas to add to the subscriber sign up would be wonderful.
