Hi @natemaingard - is this a query for me? Yes, Guardia Sanframondi is a community of 5,000 people - locals qith a particular, unique culture and dialect, and a load of relatively recent incomers, most of whom were inspired by a house-hunting TV show that we did in 2012. It’s a really nice balance of foreign influence woven into the traditional, conservative and religious fabric of the place… There are still folks buying properties up in the partially-abandoned medieval quarter - it’s on its way to being rejuvenated
