Hi, the integration with Patreon for Streamlabs doesn’t currently work. Alerts do not send reliably, and events are not chronologically ordered.
Streamlabs is a huge aspect of promoting my Patreon. I’d really like to have this working if possible. I believe this may be because the API is not currently being maintained. Hopefully this issue can be fixed sooner than later.
Glad someone else said it, I thought I was doing something wrong on my end. I’m feeling pretty worried that Patreon has abandoned the API, seems a lot of integrations might suffer because of this. Hope we hear some good news from Patreon about this!
Well to be fair, Patreon does explicitly say that they are no longer maintaining the API on their API documentation website.
I mean, yes, but isn’t that going to lead to a breakdown of the functionality of it as time passes? I saw them announce it just a few days ago. Seems like an unfortunate turn of events for integrations across the board
Oh, yeah absolutely I don’t disagree with you. An API is the foundation of an entire platform’s success, so how or why they would let that fall into disrepair is beyond me.
I’m just reporting the issues though, I can’t change anything myself.
Is there any news on this? Is it true that the Streamlabs integration is broken? I want to add this to my alert box but don’t want to bother if it is broken. Thanks!
This issue was never fixed, and it is still broken for us despite us repeatedly informing Patreon support of the situation.

Any news on this? I just want a confirmation this is still broken and if there are any plans to fix it or if I should remove this integration.
This needs to get fixed… there are a lot of folks that rely on this integration.

@Ramik, I turned to @CodeBard to give an update here. Like he said, we’re investigating and working on it!
Using Streamlabs OBS and Twitch, and setting up Alert widget and Events as instructed, i was able to consistently get pledges both as Alerts and as events in Event list.
Is the issue you are experiencing intermittent, happening in certain conditions or certain days of the month? Or does it consistently happen? Is there any pattern to it?
Does this integration not work with the per creation model? I notice my friends who stream and have per month get their notifications just fine. It doesn’t work with me at all and the only difference I can think of is that I’m on per creation.
Has this feature even been fixed? I haven’t heard any updates on it. It might be that they don’t support per creation, or it might still be broken.

Have you reached out to our support team about this recently with details on what isn’t working or any errors you’ve experienced? Also with integrations, sometimes it can be helpful to reach out to the platform’s support team as well, in case something needs to be corrected on their end with your account.

Its possible that Streamlabs integration may not be taking per creation format into account. The integration was developed by Streamlabs, therefore you might need to ask Streamlabs whether the integration handles per creation campaigns.
I’ve emailed streamlabs about this so I’ll let you all know what they say.
