This one is a nit pick, but it gives me a mini heart attack every time it happens. When I set up special offers, I get an email the day before saying they’re live. I’m not sure why or how this happens, but I’d love it if those emails were sent out when the offer was actually live, and not any earlier.
Not sure if this is just me or if anyone else has had this happen, or if this is a known issue, but figured I’d say something about it. ^^;
I spoke with someone about this issue a few months ago, it’s kind of a shame to hear it’s still happening.
Be prepared to also get the “ending soon/ended” emails a day early, too.

They are the experts on whether this is a known issue or not and will be able to ask additional questions to gather the info need. Plus, the more people who write into them, the better they can report on how painful this issue is.
