I am looking into switching from copy-pasting my list of all current patrons to using the CSV export. I would like to be able to see if a patron has the status ‘Declined’ or ‘Ok’, as is seen in the web “View all current patrons” view, but the ‘Status’ column in the CSV export only shows ‘Ok’ or an empty cell.
Can this please be fixed so that the Status includes more than just ‘Ok’ or nothing?
For example, I previously had patrons that had the status ‘Fraud’ and at the start of the month, I will have a lot of patrons with the status ‘Pending’. I would like to be able to see this in the export, because now those patrons also have an empty cell and I feel that ‘Fraud’ and ‘Pending’ should be distinguishable from ‘Declined’ in the export.

Hi @morepurplemorebetter, this issue looks like a bug! My name is Allison and I’m an engineer at Patreon.
We had released a new version of the patron dashboard, and so haven’t been active with the maintenance of this older version. I took a look at the underlying problem, and found it was an easy fix which should go live in an hour or so.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this. Great to hear it was a bug that was easily fixed. The new CSV exports do indeed say “Declined” as expected, nice work! This makes finding the pledge-mutations much easier and faster for me.
Just FYI, I don’t have any patrons who have any status other than “Ok” or “Declined” at the moment, so I can’t test if any other statuses (e.g. “Pending”) work as well.
