Is airfare covered under “transportation”? Yes, airfare is covered along with transportation to/from the airport to the hotel.

How much is the stipend for food? $75/day, Patreon will request receipts and an expense report after the event.

Where is the hotel located and what are the accommodation details? The hotel will be within walking distance of the event venue. We will share final details with the selected creators.

What does “promotional material” refer to? This will be a personalized postcard featuring the selected creator’s art.

Also what are the age and location restrictions? This is for those 18+ and those who live in the United States.

One thing to note is that you are required to be at the booth every day from 11am - 6pm.
