Innacurate display of amount of posts

This is my second time trying to get a fix for this.

I have over 500 exclusive posts on patreon, but when people go to sign up, they see that they only have access to 1 exclusive post. This has cost me hundreds of dollars because people unsubscribed thinking my work was actually free and I was running a scam.

If anyone from Patreon’s staff sees this and is capable of fixing it, that would be lovely.

This problem has been reported numerous times, and nothing has been done. Sometimes the count is high, sometimes low, but apparently never right. See, for example:

"Benefits due to patrons" page showing wrong number

The number I see on the Benefits due to patrons page is always a bit higher than the actual number of new Patrons. When I click through to see the actual Patrons who are due benefits I can see the correct list. I am not sure but I think sometimes the number on the “Benefits due to patrons” show 1 more than it should be, sometimes it shows double the number. I already reported this to the support team, but I wonder, does this happen to you as well?
