How can I see if a patron has capped their per creation pledge?

We charge per episode, and produce 4 episodes per month. Sometimes patrons cap their pledges to fewer than 4 a month. Is there a way to see in the Patron Manager or Relationship Manager if someone has capped their pledges and what the cap is? I can’t find it if it’s there.

Yes! If the you hover over their amount pledged in the patron manager, it’ll show the total amount pledged for that patron.

That will give you an idea around this.

Thanks. I haven’t really been using the CSV download; it seems like that might be unwieldy if you have a large number of patrons? Being able to do it from the Manager is a big help though!
