Decrease the price of a tier?

I just overhauled my Patreon, and it looks like we’re no longer able to edit the price of existing tiers. Is this true, or am I just missing something?

I made most of my tiers in 2014 and 2015 before we had the option to have multiple tiers with the same dollar amount. As a result, I have a $10 tier and a $10.01 tier, which has caused some confusion in the past. I’ve unpublished the $10 tier for various reasons, and I wanted to change my $10.01 tier to $10 for the sake of simplicity and visual appeal. Is there still a way to do this? I can understand not being able to increase the price of a tier, but I’d really like to get rid of that penny.

Hey @bob_artist, great to hear from you :slight_smile: You can still edit tiers - this article has all the info on how to do that. However, unfortunately it can’t be done while patrons are actively in the tier, but the article gives best practices for sunsetting a tier, and launching a new tier with the desired price.

Okay, thanks for the info. I don’t think I’ll be able to convince all the patrons in this tier to move without losing some of them, so I’ll probably just leave it as is.
