Declined Patrons never automatically retried

@reyna - I have three declines which were never retried. I submitted a ticket three days ago, and have not heard back on why this is the case. They are long-term Patrons, and messaging them does not appear to have got their attention.

Would you nudge whomever is responsible for this? Thanks.

Hey @Michael_Loucks,

We retry declined payments multiple times throughout the month, but the “Charged on” date will update when the payment has been successful.

Not how it worked in the past - it used to update with the last tried date.
