Amazon Prime for payment option

I noticed Twitch had huge success partnering with Amazon Prime to make subscription system much more convenient and easier. Based on the experience with the current system, Patreon’s payment system is still not the best and convenient way. There are still so many declined payments or delayed payments. I also imagine a lot of new people are hesitant to join because they might not want to go through the hassle of setting it up.

I think Amazon Prime would be an amazing way for resolving those issues.

Any thoughts?

Not speaking as a staffer here, but: I do know that subbable had to close (and Patreon actually pulled their creators in) because subbable used Amazon Payments and that became… not viable. Does the way Prime handles payments work differently? Not sure if you know. Maybe someone here does?
