Hey guys, I have an assistant that helps manage my social media and other odds and ends. I would like to be able to give her admin abilities on my Patreon account so that she can assist me with answering messages, managing the discord, etc. but not give her access to billing info and payout stuff.
I did some looking around and didn’t find anything like this, so I’m assuming it doesn’t exist? Facebook Pages allows you to add people to assist with your page and you can give permission to some areas, and not others, like personal info and billing too.
Thoughts? Or does this exist and it’s impossible to find?
So this has been on our product team’s roadmap – we know how critical this is for creator teams. This came up yesterday again in a product meeting. Let me see what the priority is!
I work collaboratively on a couple other campaigns and this would be much appreciated. It’s difficult to help answer questions and do qa work on games without access to all of the posts, just an added layer of difficulty working with other people.
Agreed. Just had to give my web dev access so he could integrate patreon API with a forum that I’ll be launching as a milestone when we hit $3k. And would love to be able to give my assistant access as well…
But with all that payment stuff in there, would really prefer to have an “admin” and “user” level, at the very least, so only I had access to payment screens.
