Ability to delete inactive Patrons without sending them a nasty email

This is something that has popped up for me again recently. I have Patrons who are perfectly sweet, well-meaning people who have been declined month after month. I assume their card changed or they don’t want the embarrassment of actually cancelling. Being about to quietly remove them would help both of us.

I’ve had others who have been an active issue and those I’d like to block, but if they get a message I’m at risk for retaliation.

In either case, I’d be thrilled with an option that would simply delete them (no message sent, maybe not actually blocking them, just removing them) on the next billing cycle as I understand deleting them when they’ve potentially paid for a month is tricky. Obviously that’s not the case for declines, but supposedly they can’t see the content anyway.

There has to be something that can be done to at least remove the messaging. I can block and unblock if needed, but not if they’re going to get a message.

is this for real what they said? did they think this sentence meant something before they sent it? what the fuck?

Exact copy/paste quote. Apart from them saying me asking about this thread constituted as spam and I shouldn’t share links “without context” anymore. (Despite the context being in the link preview.)

AKA plugging ears and saying ‘we’re not listening’. Thanks for your efforts, though.
