I’ve noticed that as well. I wish they could have moved them over to the cancelled part so we could at least see the true number of active patrons.

After reading this thread, I went and checked my patrons list. My lowest level patron does not appear to have been charged for last month or this month. Color me confused.

Further information: My patron was charged in January but the money never got to my account. How do we report things like this to Patreon?

Yeah, that’s misleading for current patrons that would see a bigger number and expect the new bonuses for reaching the goal :disappointed:

You could try submitting a request from their support page :crossed_fingers:

Thanks. I have submitted a request via that page. The situation has changed a bit. My patron now does show as being billed and her income shows almost everywhere on the site. Where doesn’t it? On my front page. Sigh…

This is happening to me… in declined patrons I’ve visibly lost over $200 (way worse than other months) but my Patreon count hasn’t changed… this is just speeding up my change to BuyMeACoffee…

Same here! This is inacceptable.
I have only one tier, 10$.
Me revenue per patron always was roughly 8,80$.
It has now dropped to 6,48$.
I changed nothing. No patron edited their pledge.
No explanation, nothing.

Last month we rolled out a change to the way your patron count is displayed. I’ve just gone and updated the topic to share some extra context on how this new count formula affects your patron count and PRM the first few days of the month. Please read more here:

I apologize for this confusion transition! On and after the 3rd of the month, the “active” status extension (explained in the post) has ended, and your patron count should be a more accurate read of successful paid patrons. If that is still not the case for you now, please submit a ticket to support so they can look at your account and find discrepancies.
