I come back from a short vacation to hear there was some chaos. Patreon cards being declined, the prices for transactions raising, Patreon moving to another country???
What on earth is going on and why wasn’t there any email with information.

hi @vrart1 welcome back from vacation! you can read Patreon’s statement about what happened [here](https://twitter.com/Patreon/status/1025071287020871680). We were able to return to normal successful payment processing rates and average decline rates on Thursday but we’ll keep retrying any declined payments throughout the month, as we always do. I’m looking into any creator with the payments team who says they are still not seeing average payout so reach out to me if you’d like that.
