Excellent news, thank you!
Just found out about this issue and that our account is affected. Unfortunate and frustrating. Looks like that explains all the weird fraudulent $1 accounts we’ve been getting. Very much hope this gets resolved soon.
Just a quick update.
As this is an ongoing investigation, I hope you can understand that we are unable to share explicit details around our next steps. I can say that we’ve already implemented changes and will continue to work toward updates that you will begin to see the effects of in the coming weeks.
I certainly hope any patreon site changes that affect how people see our content will be told to us as this is something we’ve been asking for specifically for years now. Specially if some changes have already been made in that regard. At least, sometime soon we are told anyways. Right this second isn’t super important as long as you guys are doing something about the issue imo.
As for if you guys are pursuing anything through the legal system I certainly don’t expect to hear anything until an outcome has happened.
Thanks for the update Carla.
Good question. Many of these will be behind the scenes changes, but if they are creator/patron facing, we can share those as they become reality.
Awesome, Thanks.
i just dont know what to do, somebody upload all my rewards to this site and all of its free just look
what i can to do with it??

As this is an ongoing investigation and due to the nature of this issue, I am unable to share any explicit details about the steps we are taking. I hope to be able to share more in the next few weeks.
The one thing I can do is see if you can be added to charge up front to help alleviate some of this. If you want to be added, please direct message me.
I leave it up to the moderators as to whether or not it is appropriate to post this shameless-but-hopefully-helpful plug here but my plugin will trip up automatic bot downloads of your images (at least for a while, until they figure out what we are doing) and then provide proof of which account downloaded your content.
There seems to be some buzz around Yiff.Party’s own barracks and that they have already been notified and taken into consideration that plugins like yours are in development. Hopefully it still holds up despite their heads up nonetheless.
Not surprising. Though they pretty much have to destroy the image to make the data unreadable.
Hi all, I don’t have any substantive updates to share. The team is still working on this behind the scenes and using various tools available to us. As I have more information to share, I will. Not only am I keeping an eye on your comments, but this is being viewed by Trust & Safety and the product teams too. So please know your voice is being heard.
Any update on this, @carla?
This site should be shut down within the next few months. They’ve already fallen behind on their donations twice in the past few months, and there’s severe distrust between the administration of yiff.party and its active users.
We’ve managed to separate a lot of them from the artists they want to leak, and a lot of them blame yiff.party for selling them out, as they often can’t find the means by which our software catches them.
With how someone’s already managed to DOXX the yiff.party administrator, I’d imagine he’s ready to distance himself from the project.
Checking in on this with the teams who had been working on this. I may not have any updates today, but will see what I can find out. I’m also looping in @mindy so she can also help keep tabs on this.
Thanks for the ping!
That’s scandalous. Looks like somebody is a patron and sends all stuff by using a program to Yiff. It should be easy for Patreon to find out who it is and kick him out. If it’s a security problem then it gets serious. But it’s on Patreon to get active.
We’ve been hit by this as well and it’s getting ridiculous. I almost wish that there was some way to put a watermark based on the user who downloaded the item from our pages (like how they handle things on DriveThruRPG) so that we could possibly backtrace and ban accounts.
You can totally do something like that. You may want to check out
https://www.patreon.com/Stegostamp it just isn’t visible to the eye but has to go thrkugh their app. It’s pretty handy.
We’ll take a look, thank you @Temrin!
What we need though, just so you know, is something that can be embedded into a program, not just an image.
