Patron leaving after 3 days with content and requests a refund!

I wouldn’t leave the “door” open for the same patron ever again - never mind if they follow many other artists. It’s like one coming to a movie theatre, buying the ticket, watches the entire movie, and because they didn’t like it - they want a refund.
Anyways. I’d suggest for you to type somewhere: no refunds.
Most of the people don’t read what we type anyway, but when it comes to this refund part - you can bring what you’ve written earlier as part of your arguments. I’d return the money to this guy and close the gates for him in the future.
Also - pulling older content out, turning it into an archive available on demand is also a good way to sift the freeloaders or content hunters from people who come to appreciate or learn.

I do agree with this though. If you are really bent on not giving out a refund due to the fear of your work getting stolen, just say that you don’t want to give out refunds, but be kind as to why. Most people would understand, and the ones who complain can’t complain that much, because it’s a policy they already knew about before they signed up, so that’s their fault for not looking at it.
