I’m wondering if this is why over the last month most of the emails from Patreon - not about comments or from supporters - but about events, notices and more - are coming through in Italian?
I’m resident in Italy but the language settings in my profile say English. If this new setting isn’t the cause, why else would my language settings be overidden?

No need to do anything on your end - we’ll be adjusting our settings to make sure creators are receiving emails and messages in their selected language from now on.

Just to say that the latest email from Patreon about currencies and exchange rates has not come through in my chosen language and the formatting of the email means it doesn’t automatically translate. The fact that there are images containing text makes it even worse.
This is really frustrating, it’s an accessibility issue.
Hi @woollywormhead, so sorry you didn’t receive the message in your chosen language. We did send a version of the email in German, French, Spanish, and Italian - if you haven’t already, please send submit a ticket to the support team so they can confirm your language settings.
