New Patrons Today Not Showing in Relationship Manager or Total Count

Last week (Friday and Saturday), some creators were reporting an issue with seeing new patrons in PRM. This was identified as a bug and fixed. This may have been what you were experiencing at the time you made your post here.

Additionally, as mentioned previously, there may be some delays in PRM updates close to the 1st of the month as payments are processing.

Once upon a time, payments processed and we didn’t have this problem. Why do we have it now? Feels more like a bug someone didn’t want to fix.

It appears to have happened when they changed the way they displayed active patrons (i.e. I believe it used to automatically remove a patron from the count when they cancelled, not when their subscription actually ended).

As Hayley mentioned, there can be some delays in displaying new patrons in PRM around payments processing. We recently released a fix that should solve most of the issues around the delay in patrons showing up in PRM around this time, so that should take care of the main issue presented in this thread. What about Patrons literally disappearing with no notice on the notification page and no reference in PRM, with ALL history removed and deleted?

13 days later, I still don’t know who canceled from RPM and Patreon seems to think that’s OK.
