Since I can’t delete my posts without waiting 24 hours between deletes (which is ridiculous), I’ve turned off all notifications and emails from the forums because I couldn’t find a way to just delete my forum account. The forum has been nothing but a wall of frustration for the last few months and I want it out of my life.

As for leaving the forum, your Discourse account is connected to your Patreon account. I’ll check back with the team to see if there is a way to disconnect and remove your Patreon from the forum. Disabling notifications and emails is a good step though.
Again, I’m terribly sorry for the frustration these past few months.
