My name is John, and I am the enigmatic super villain known as the Librarian for the Hermetic Library. Hermetic Library has been Archiving, Engaging and Encouraging the living Western Esoteric Tradition, Hermeticism & Aleister Crowley’s Thelema for 20 years.
I’d be happy to connect with other people on Patreon who are doing things related (directly, indirectly, even broadly) to the subject matter of the library, to network, to collaborate, and so forth; for mutual support or just shenanigans.
Hi! I’m Ani - I run the Close Knit Podcast and teach knitting classes in Oakland, CA. I’m really excited to interact more with this community and learn more about utilizing Patreon!
Hey there! I’m a singer-songwriter in Nashville, TN. I share new songs, artist journals, personal interactions, vlogs, occasional livestreams, poems…whatever I’m working on.
Patreon has been really great, and I’m so grateful for this way to stay connected. Also hoping to put more effort into building my tribe here and could use some ideas! That’s why I’m joining in the conversation here!
Hi, I’m George. I produce a video series in stop motion about classic car restoration. I wasted a lot of time waiting for the right time, I want to save others from the same fate.
The series is called SOUP Classic Motoring
I go by “Tailsteak”, I’ve been making webcomics since 2000! My current comic is called Forward, it’s a weird little slice-of-life strip that happens to take place in a… well, I won’t call it a Utopia, but it’s an optimistic vision of the future. http://forwardcomic.com
Hi my name is Iris and I’m an artist and illustrator from the Netherlands, creator of Faeries of the Faultlines and Patreon has given me the opportunity to work on the fulfilment of this successful Kickstarter and countless of awesome side projects without having to fret over getting client work!
I’m planning on pouring more into my page this year now that the Faeries book is finished.
Hey, my name is Seth, unless I’m trying to sound professional. Then, I suppose, I’m S.J. Saunders. I write stories about characters finding hidden depths of strength within themselves in order to stand tall in the face of overwhelming odds, usually with a sci-fi or fantasy backdrop. Still figuring out Patreon and self-promotion in general, so feedback on either or both is welcome, if other creators are so inclined to impart their wisdom.
Hi! I’m Indi, proprietor of Tortoise & Hare Creations ( www.patreon.com/tortoiseharecreations ). Looking forward to growing my Patreon and meeting other creators! I’m primarily a fantasy illustrator with Pathfinder & D&D5E gaming companies (independent & licensed supplements, mostly), though I do a bit of everything as a freelance artist and also pen my own novel series. Patreon has been a lifesaver, literally, so I’m excited to see what new stuff I can learn.
Hi I’m Angela Anderson. I teach Acrylic Painting Tutorials live on YouTube twice weekly. I started my Patreon page in 2017 and it has been the best thing I have ever done for my career. We offer traceables, bonus videos, reference images and and exclusive Facebook group for our Patreon supporters.
I run a small YouTube channel called Transport Evolved. It covers the world of green transport as well as the increasing amount of advanced tech in today’s vehicles.
These days we cover a lot of electric car tech, but we’re hoping to expand into ride sharing and other ‘sharing’ and multi modal transport tech. Today, I’m working on a piece on flying personal drones! I was so lucky to be YouTubing at just the right time all of this tech in transport took off, and I’m super honored to be so well supported by the channel’s fans!
We have been on Patreon now for three years, and have around 670 patrons. They’re super amazing (both Patreon and our Patrons) and have helped us with a third income stream to supplement our YouTube ad revenue and income from sponsored content/white label production. We simply wouldn’t be able to have got to where we are today without them.
When the channel started using Patreon, I was still working out of my house. Now we have a small studio with our first employee/contractor (she started today!).
When I’m not working on YouTube videos, I dabble in a little music creation (I used to be a professional musician but now do it for fun) and I help run a local non-profit mascot troupe. One day I might even start up a Patreon for one of my own characters, but right now, I’ve got enough on my plate
I’m super excited to learn how I can help the channel grow and improve through Patreon, how we can support and love our patrons, and how we can give back to the wider Patreon community. Our Patreon page is a little tired, and it’s about time we tidied it up a little!
I’m Tommy and I host the YouTube series AI and Games: a video series about research and applications of artificial intelligence in video games. I look at both how AI is used in commercial video games (how does your favourite bad guy work in say Halo, DOOM or something like that) as well as academic and corporate research that uses AI as a testbed (learning to play Super Mario Bros., Starcraft or Dota2). I’ve been using Patreon for the show for around 3 years now and looking forward to meeting other creators and working on a new promo for the campaign.
Hello, dear fellow creators! this is my firs post. I am a comics artist and writer from Mallorca, Spain. I started my Patreon almost two years ago to give my readers the chance to have something more than my books, and also because I don’t want to stop drawing new series, which need a lot of work, not funded by publishers.
Luckily, readers are outstanding, and suporting my next three projects, which you can see, as well as the best moments of my best seller Atlas & Axis (published in eight languages so far!) at
I’m K. A. Statz, the writer for Fool and Scholar Productions. We create audio drama podcasts for our fans at large, and exclusive bonus content for our patron members.
I work on writing for audio drama full-time now, so I’m here to learn how to grow and better my patronage through the Patreon platform, and make my work more self-sustaining.
My work as part of the Fool & Scholar team can be found here.
Hi hi, my name is Rosie! I’m a digital artist and illustration from Brasil!
I’m really excited to be a part of this community as Patreon has been the reason why I’ve been able to be self employed for 5 years now!~ I’d love to create new connections, find other fellow artists or just make some friends!
