There is an app that will “talk” to obs and use your phone or tablet as a second camera. It is called “Epocam”.

Yeah, I know about OBS and I’m sure my editor/cameraman will know how to set everything up, I’ll just leave it to him. The only problem is that I can’t find a decent webcam that meets my standards because of the whole COVID-19 situation, they are all sold out here in The Netherlands

Oh wow. That makes sense with everyone having to video conference for work! I have a Logitech and it works well. Good luck with everything!
